Yes. Credentialing, compliance, and licensure verification services are included in our higher-tier plans and can be added to other plans as needed.
Our recruiters assist with shift coordination, staff scheduling, and orientation scheduling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Dedicated scheduling specialists can also be added for more complex needs.
Unlike traditional agencies that charge per placement, we support healthcare staffing agencies and other healthcare organizations by providing dedicated recruiters who act as an extension of your team. Our recruiters work full-time to help you staff cases and place experienced workers faster, managing sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling — all under a predictable monthly fee.
We require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, you may continue month-to- month or cancel with 30 days written notice.
Once you select your subscription tier and sign the agreement, we typically launch services within 5–7 business days.

As part of our service, your agency will be given the option to interview and select the
recruiter who will be dedicated to your account. We provide a shortlist of 3 qualified recruiter candidates for you to choose from. Once selected, your recruiter will act as an
extension of your team.


If at any time you feel a different recruiter would better suit your needs, you have the
flexibility to switch recruiters at no additional cost.

Yes! We offer custom quotes and volume discounts for organizations with multiple facilities or branches.

Absolutely. Our services are flexible — you can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your plan as
your organization grows or your hiring volume changes.

Click Subscribe to view and sign our Subscription Agreement. Once completed, we’ll send a
tailored Statement of Work and begin onboarding your recruiter.

If you decide to pause or discontinue services, simply provide 30 days written notice via email to our team. Your subscription will remain active through the end of that 30-day period, and no further billing will occur after cancellation takes effect. We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth offboarding transition of any ongoing recruitment or onboarding activities.
